RS French 3

This course is for those who have taken 2 years of High School French. This is a one-semester 0.5 credit class in the area of Second Language, which falls under the category of Career and Technical Education or Required Electives.

NOTE: RS French 1 and 2 are no longer available

Learning a second language requires daily practice in the areas of listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Rosetta Stone covers all of those areas and will be supplemented with assignments and projects found uniquely here on Canvas to complement the Rosetta Stone curriculum as well as bring in Spanish grammar practice and cultural awareness of French-speaking countries. After practicing in all of these areas and increasing your general knowledge, you will go on to practice all skills combined by engaging in additional learning activities such as games, projects, and class conversations.

In this course, you will begin by learning some basic vocabulary and grammar in the Rosetta Stone program, then add to your knowledge with the unique assignments found in this Canvas classroom.
